How to make healthy spring rolls

First of all,we should prepare some things: oil,spring rolls,meat(pork),vegetables,mushrooms,two or three eggs,salt,MSG,sugar,carrot pieces.
The second step,put meat,vegetables,salt,MSG,sugar,carrot grain,mushrooms,eggs into a large bowl,then stir patiently symmetry,we should note that:put less salt,MSG and sugar.
Then, you can package spring rolls, and then heating the pan, and pour the oil and wait 1 minute, then you can wrap into spring rolls, fried half a minute later, turn one side and then fry a minute,at the end,turn off the heat.
Finally,put the spring rolls into the plate. Or, you can put some lettuce in the bottom of the dish. That wil be fine!!!
